Products that are in stock in our online shop
A purchaser may obtain a store credit or exchange upon return of in-stock items purchased, apart from lingerie.
The purchaser must return the product in its original condition with original packaging. The purchaser bears the costs of returning the products and it is recommended that tracking and insurance is purchased from your preferred delivery service for more expensive purchases.
Products that are not in stock and need to be ordered in
Please choose carefully for items that have to be specially ordered and are not already in stock at time of purchase. Refunds are not available for special order items that were not already in stock at time of purchase.
This online returns policy does not preclude the availability of refunds as provided under Australian consumer law (for example, for misdescribed or damaged goods).
